About Martin's Landing

12 subdivisions rolled up into one

Martin's Landing is a unique community of some 1964 single family homes, patio homes, condominiums, town homes and apartments, all within 12 subdivisions.

The 12 individual subdivisions that make up Martin's Landing are: North Pond, East Hillside, Hillside, North Shore, Wynfield Gables, South Shore, Six Branches, The Landings, Lakeview, and The Lakes.

The Treasures are many in Martin's Landing. It is a neighborhood with green belts, numerous walking trails, wildlife and the beauty of nature surrounding it. Creeks and ponds run through the Landing, as well as the 53 acre Lake.

A 2.4-mile walking path surrounds the lake, and on any given day, rain or shine, people are out on the path running, walking, or bicycling, meeting up with others who are strolling their babies, walking with their children, or watching the turtles, ducks and fish swim by. A heron can often be seen standing and observing the activity.

Martin's Landing boasts three recreation areas including a lakeside clubhouse, playgrounds, three tennis facilities (15 Tennis courts total and 2 are clay courts), three separate pool area, numerous playgrounds, open play fields and The River Lodge beautifully sitting along the Chattahoochee River. The community also has its own elementary school, Esther Jackson Elementary.

Martin's Landing Foundation has just completed several major renovations and upgrades to our neighborhood. The River Lodge is less than three years old and is a highly demanded rental facility only available to Martin's Landing residents. We also just completed new sea walls around our 53 acre lake with fantastic paved walking trails and rustic nature trails.

We are conveniently situated in Roswell within close proximity of all that Roswell has to offer while still being in a nature preserve setting with an abundance of wildlife and easy access to the Chattahoochee river.
