Finance Committee

Martin's Landing Finance Committee is responsible for verification and accuracy of the financial records of the Foundation.  As a standard practice, we review monthly financial statements, verify cash asset status and report financial status and budget variances to the Martin's Landing Foundation Board of Directors.

We work closely with the management company in the following areas:

- bill payments
- collection of assessments
- budget preparation and analysis

We also work closely with other committees to review and maintain our Capital Reserve Study.
