Landings Town Homes Pavement Project        

We will begin our parking lot sealcoat/repairs and resurfacing project this week. The work will be completed in multiple phases to minimize inconvenience.

The concrete work, replacing curbing, will begin Tuesday the 22nd of October, and should only impact two locations in the Townhomes.  The homeowners in those affected areas will be contacted individually. Please do not remove or pass through barricades or roped off areas, they are there for a reason.

Asphalt replacement will begin Wednesday the 23rd and will create a small amount of inconvenience as far as some parking places being roped off. In these areas, home owners will be contacted individually. Please do not remove or pass through barricades or roped off areas, they are there for a reason.

The seal coating project will begin on Monday the 28th of October and will be completed in 5 phases to minimize disruption of traffic and parking. The town homes will be first on the schedule of work. The work will begin at 8AM and all vehicles will need to be moved from the area or will be towed to designated area on property. HOA will not be responsible for any damages incurred by towing vehicles and it is the owner's responsibility, liability and possible expense. The area completed will be roped off for 24 hours, after which you may park back in the area completed.  Please do not remove or pass through barricades or roped off areas, they are there for a reason.

During this time, you may park over on the condos side parking lot during this phase. The townhomes are scheduled for the first phase. Please review the attached map showing areas to be completed in order.

 In event of rain, schedule will resume the following day in areas left off. No work will be done on Saturday or Sunday.

The Board of Directors is composed of 5 resident owners who are elected from the membership to two-year terms; two directors in odd numbered years and three directors in even numbered years. The Board meets quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Lakes meeting room and all meetings are open to owners and residents.

There is a monthly association fee which pays for water, sewer, trash disposal, landscape service, security lights and upkeep of a community pool located on our premises and shared with the Lakes Condominiums.
